Teri has enjoyed the desert lifestyle since 2002. After an extensive career in Event Management for luxury hotels and resorts, she left the corporate world to pursue her passion for home decorating.

Teri started working with Real Estate investors who were getting their properties ready to sell. When one of those clients liked the work she had done on his investment property hired her to redecorate their seasonal home, Desert Home Staging was launched.

Now, years later, after having staged hundreds of properties, Teri has a special talent for knowing what each unique home needs to achieve the owner's goals. She expanded those talents to include planning remodels, material selections and design consultation.

​One staging style does not fit all homes, especially in our diverse valley. We customize our staging to fit each home, neighborhood and buyer profile. Staging that doesn't suit your unique home or doesn't enhance or properly demonstrate your home's functionality can actually confuse people more and may even do more harm than good. Like I always say, “Confuse people – you lose people”. That's why each home we stage is a customized, unique project for us. 

Also, we offer each staging furniture and décor package available for sale as an option to buyers which means your staged home can be marketed as “furnishings available”. This opens up your potential buyer market to those who are looking strictly for furnished properties. Our goal is to help you acheive your goal!"
